RX-7 1/4 time?

Hi, i was wondering how fast a stock rx-7 twin turbo could go if it has the following: greddy intercooler, intake, unorthodox pulleys, and exhaust
1/4 time? and 0-60 time? and how much horsepower total?

That depends. Auto or manual, skill of driver, boost level. On these cars an intercooler, intake and a cat-back is really pushing the limits of the stock ecu. And pushing even moreso if by "exhaust" you mean downpipe and high flow cat, or even worse, a midpipe. You would need to add ECU and fuel injectors to that list, and then you're looking at mid to high 12's, on about 12 psi. And somewhere near 330-350 rwhp.

Wednesday night at Infineon, my first time out, stock motor and turbos (see my sig for mods). It was 94 degrees with a slight headwind. I ran as follows:
R/T .222
60 ft 2.328
330 ft 6.089
1/8 9.046
mph 84.99
1000 11.594
1/4 13.72
mph 105.89 Tom

Someone said 320-350 rwhp gives you mid to high 12's...maybe on ice...
360 rwhp gives you this:
http://www.bridow.com/rx7/dragquick.html

11.4 @ 120 plus and that was done on an 83 degree day.
