Okay, so I pulled out the OEM Head unit out of my 93' Touring w/ the bose package, and when I put my new deck in, no sound..... not a loose ground to deck, or it wouldn't work at all.... Does the center channel speaker cause this problem? or any fresh Idears? losing patience... thanx

There is a wire, that even with the "pre made" hookup is not wired up. You need to splice I want to say the... blue wire from the pre made thing you own, with the green and brown wire on the origional wire setup.
I dont know if those are the correct ones, but your problem is that the bose system has its own amplifier system, and its not getting power right now.
Do a search, its been discussed numerous times on this forum.. I went through it my self.
Each speaker has its own amp (with the exception of the two wave speakers, which share an amp). Your center channel is not the problem -- it is not a seperate channel, it just gets a signal from both the left and the right door speakers. It sounds to me that you may have miswired something in, probably something to do with the amp wiring. Taking out the rear wave speaker will not effect this.
Re-check your wiring and make sure it's correct. If your deck turns on, but you get NO sound (and there is not even a slight feedback noise from the speakers when you turn it up ALL the way), then that might point you in the direction of your amps. (the fact that they might not be turning on)
Im posotive on what is going wrong in regards to his situation.
Yes, each speaker in the bose system has its own amp. These speakers also run off a central amp.
Anyways, its not a wiring issue because he bought the pre wired harness... And all that bs about the speakers sounding like crap and getting distorted if you use a new headunit with the bose speakers is bs too. The reason why is because on the bose system, if you splice the wires so you power the amp... the central amp is still the only thing powering the speakers.. lemme find the link.
Just did a little reading...
The green with black wire is the wire that powers the amp. Just cut out a little section of that wire, and I think you want to cut out a section of the blue wire and splice them. <--- I'm not sure which wire you want to use as a power source to turn the amp on so play around with it. I'm 75% sure its the blue wire you splice it with though.
Spoolage, I will check that right now, I'm using the standard wiring harness from most auto-sound shops. The harnesses are fine, I had used them in my FC and they are identical, I will say this much, i have NEVER dealt w/ anything so hoopdie inthe stereo world as this damn bose thing.... also, does it mater if the rear "Wave System" isn't in the car?
It should be the blue wire to turn on the amps, the blue wire is 99% of the time the amp remote wire, I will go check this right now and let you know whats the dealy-o
Okay I looked at my FC harness and the Harness I bought at Super Auto Bacs, and they are different.... On harness has 5 wires instead of 4 and the other has 9 in stead of 8
I never listen to the radio, so I could technically use the power antenna wire on the new harness and use that to connect the remote.... right?
Here are a couple links for you to ponder. I have an aftermarket head unit installed with this Schoce unit. And here is a copy of the bose wiring diagram to show you which wire is not being powered by the radio to the bose amps. I had to add an extra wire to the aftermarket harness to power the bose amp from the aftermarket radio.

He tried to use a FC wiring harness, so it was a wiring problem.
What central amp are you talking about? Surely, the one in the head unit, correct?
