Questions about recall fan control module

I am thinking to install mazda fan control module.
Because in Greece Mazda didnt make this recall I have to buy it from us or japan.
Have anyone the part number of this controller?
And how this thing work?
Everytime I turn off the engine the fans will work for 10 minute?Or controller must read first high temp >100 c ?And what if when I turn off the engine water temp is below 95 c and after 3-4 minute water temp rise to 97++ ?Then the controller wake up and trigger the fan relay?
Finaly what circuit stay in power after the ignition off?
As I see this diagram ,who I found in this forum , propably from egi relay take a trigger when the engine is on or off and for power use the circuit of air cond 15A fuse.
But how the fan relay close with out voltage in meter circuit (+)?
Even if it send voltage to egi line the fan relay didnt take (+)
Can someone help me to figure out?

Ok
A closer look to controller schematic answer my question.
The (+) of fan relay 2,4,3 is now connected direct to (+) of fan motors.
But how is possible? How mazda disconnect the fan relay from meter circuit and connected direct to fan motor?

Here's some info on it:

You'll need two parts for the recall: the control module and the harness (note that later FD's had the modification done to the main harness to connect to the control module).

There is an "extra" harness to allow the older main harnesses to connect to the new fan control module.
