My car has been sitting in storage (4 months).

Beforehand I had taken it to a shop where they said one of the relays(fuel pump - main) was faulty. I went back to pick it up after they fixed it and some issues came up. I got there and the Power FC was on with the car turned off. Obviously I was concerned, but I drove it home and tried to investigate a lil myself. I realized all they did was switch the fuel pump and main relays to get it to run. So I switched them back and for some odd reason it fired right up???? It ran perfect for about 2 weeks and then I couldnt get it to start. I took the relays to Mazda to get them tested and they said that they were perfect and not faulty. So now I am very confused. Any ideas what could be wrong with my car? And which one is the main relay, the yellow one or the green one? Could my car be flooded?

Any thoughts would be greatly be appreciated. Thanks
