problem need help

Well i was out the other night in my rx-7 and i was in 4th gear and i hit 6,000 RPM and it like didint want to go anywhere and stoped climbing and i got freaked out and didnt try to go any faster. What could be the problem with this? please help thanks alot!

if the Y-pipe pops up on my car kinda, could that be the problem? because it moves up and down a little bit...

I mean,

check all hoses, coupler, the y-pipe, crv...

My car was like that and it drives me nuts untill I eventually did a vac. job and selnoid valve.
