what is the original Turboflange/manifold on the fd3s?

It's a cast iron piece with two openings and a door built in.

I'm not sure what you're asking.

can i change the turbos without changing the exhaust manifold? if i can, what turboflange must i have? T3, T4?

The manifold is pretty custom - it's designed just for the stock twins. If you want a different turbo, you need a different manifold.
