That's the UK-specification rear bumper, Mr Bubbles. Made to comply with our government's stupid obsession with rear fog lights and licence plates that aren't the same size as in any other civilised country. It ain't funny but it's true. Even more bizarre, only one of the fog lights actually worked, the other was a dummy put there for symmetry. Good luck finding one, they only ever sold 124 UK spec FDs, most of which have returned to the soil long since.

Ooops, pic for the rulez...

Now to find some size 18 shoes for her. Anyone want to help out with offsets? I'm leaning towards F18 x 9, and R18 x 10. A little unsure of the offset needed though.

thanks man, I appreciate that among all those cars here.
Its Europe spec, Its left hand.

in our country we can choose between two size of license plate - the wide that i have and the US that you have.

i don´t know what type is my FD, R1? Touring? I have leather seat in front and rear bin storage, without boss system.
I think I have more of things you might want to show this front lights washer, i love it

Those specifications were North American Specs
There was only one model sold in europe with those options you described.
I bet if you look in your front bumper you have twin oil coolers as well.

I think if you painted your license plat surround gloss black, or wrap it in carbon......
it would look pretty cool

Wheres the switch for the rear fog light BTW?

Mine is the centre one of three by the gearstick in the center console. Lefthand one is front fogs, centre is rear fog, right is rear screen demister (right hand drive, remember). It's a console from a UK spec car

in front bumper i have only one oil cooler with ducting at passenger side (right)

switch for rear fog is in the same place like a Nik da Greek
from my right hand is button for front lights washer, rear fog lights and for rear screen defrost . behind that is ashtray then scroll button - Height adjustment for headlights and control light for exhaust temperature (or the floor under *** ) don´t know)

for rule interior shot...

I'm not necessarily in envy of the headlight squirters, though height adjustment might be pretty cool! Something else interesting I noticed was your redline of 7k? You've obviously got a manual, though in the US, that's indicative of an automatic transmission. Like everybody else, love the rear fog/s too. If I could snag a rear cover that included them, I'd make 'em my reverse lights & have a body shop fill in/delete the stock rear markers/reverse's. (of course we don't require a fog light here either, plus I think tinkering with that stuff's illegal here, but yea..)

Also, and this is only a suggestion/opinion.. it appears you've got factory rear splash guards. IMO, since you've painted the rear plastic (that's typically black - stock, below & center the bumper cover itself), plus painted the front lip to match, I think a set of factory front splash guards would help complete the flow/look. I have no idea what import costs etc. might be on something like that, but Mazda USA should currently still have 4 sets left (in VR) in stock. (given nobody's purchased a new set since the pair I recently snatched up)

One last thing - I don't think ya ever answered.. did you LED mod the guages/dash? They definitely light up verrry uniformly.
