New to Forum...Is this a good deal?
I'm lookin at a '95 RX7 Turbo....but the engine is blown, and the guy is giving me a new engine to go with the car just not installed. I have a friend who could install it for next to nothing if I help him out.
The question is...is $5000 a good deal for this car? It's in real good condition, and it's red
Thanks in advance for the help!

If the car is in "really good condition" beside the engine, like you say.. And if he's giving you a new engine which you can install for minimal $$, then yes.
This can help you a bit. http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobinette/buyaused.htm

Its a good deal in the sense of you're getting a real nice car at a really good price.. if the car has a lot of miles on it, is an automatic, or has a bad history, its value could be down due to those factors. But a 95 for 5000, with a new engine... I would say its a good deal all in all... just make sure you're WELL AWARE of what you're getting in to.
