need some help from the gurus

So my fd has been runing like crap I started it up and it was a lil hard to start due to a bad battery. once i got it running it idles horrible and runs very lean. I have been tryin to figure out what could be causing it but to no avail. I have changed the fuel filter and the pump is fine.

When you drive the car it has a **** poor throtle response and it stutters really bad. once you get going in 1st and 2nd and the boost builds up it feels normal but once I hit like 80 in 3rd it starts stutering really bad.

the mods I have are a t78
apexi power fc
rx7store.net ulitmate fuel system
Competition Primary Fuel Rail
Competition Secondary Fuel Rail
1600cc injectors x2 (Secondary)
850cc Injectors x2 (Primary)
and a few other thigs that shouldnt make a difference

I have hooked up the stock ecu and drove it around the block to see if I could get an error code to pop up but the only thing I got that i was wondering about was for the fuel thermosensor I didnt know if that was removed or not when they did the fuel system upgrades.

also my map sensor is reading 2.0 - 2.3 volts at idel with the line hooked up ( which is about .4 volts to high. and its in range with the line off and the hose pluged.

any advice as to what else could cause that problem would be great. I want to check all my bases befor I buy any parts
