Need help finding replacement bulbs behind HVAC in FD
know I have one blown bulb....since my interior is apart I wanted to change it while it was easily accessible.
I pulled the bulb out and brought it to pep boys. Unfortunately, they can't match it with a replacement number in there parts fische!!!!
I can take a pic on the stock bulbs, but was wondering if anyone knew the replacement number for these.
I remember a old thread that stated these were common "honda" bulbs, however when I got to the store....there seemed to be many very similar bulbs.
Thanks for the help...my search in the 3rd gen forum and interior didn't reveal much.
this is posted in interior section, which wasn't getting alot of hits.

I've got a bulb out back there too, just haven't bothered to replace it yet. I'd think the mazda dealership would be the best place for it.
Of course they'd probably want you to buy a whole new HVAC panel, which'd cost $325,000.

the problem is that the bulb looks like it is 1.4w. However, the replacement bulb that looks exact in size and shape is 1.2w.
There is a similar one that is 1.4w but it looks slightly larger.
