model year engine differences (ramblings of a lunatic)

I am trying to get some details regarding engine differences between model years 93 and 95 (california model).

Can anyone help me out with this? Its seems the only online FSM available is 1994, I really could use the 95 FSM for the very specific differences.

This is the story, I have procured several engines (multiple 13b-re and a single 93 federal model us spec rew). I have a 13b-re running and installed in my FC, but what I am going to do is put what for most purposes would be 1 13b-rew in the ca to get the car reffed as a smog legal car in CA. The engine will be built with RE irons but otherwise use REW everything else. In order to get it reffed I need to make it run of the stock ECU (only once) and not in boost, infact I will rig the wastegate 100% open to keep it out of boost. Once this is done it will go to quasi legal with a haltech running BNR stage 3 twins seq, with an FMIC and a perfomance converter in the exhaust, using a non precat JDM downpipe, using the carb certified HKS (or similar) intake.

I have infact procured everything, inlcuding the engine harness and computer that would be needed for the engine to run as stock outside of the orig chassis.

With that said it needs to be reffed as a CA model, so I am going to claim that its a 95 that way it doesn't need an EGR.

Will I need the 95 LIM and or UIM?

Does anyone have a picture of the EGR manifold area on a 95 that I can use for comparison?

Depending on what it looks like I may be able to block off the ports with JB weld, and then blend them in and paint the manifold to make it look like a stock lim thats just been painted.

This is the ramblings of a lunatic, but I really need the help of an FD expert who knows everything about the stock parts and how they work.

Please help
