Looking for a boost controller...

I can remember seeing a thread posted on here before about a "homemade" boost controller that you could buy the part for at Home Depot. Anyone have this info or any suggestions of a good boost maunel boost controller? thanks

yeah i made one for my car it works just fine even with a DP, MP, PFC ect...
