ISC solenoid leaking air

I'm in search of a vacuum leak. I plugged up the primary and secondary turbo inlets with spray paint can tops. Borrowed a compessor and put 7 psi into the system through a UIM nipple. I can feel and hear air coming out at the back of the UIM. It seems to be coming from the ISC solenoid, out the electrical connector. Anyone else have this happen ? Does this mean a new solenoid and pulling the UIM to replace it ?
