Might want to do a search. It has been discussed several times over the last 4 years. You can spray nitrous but then a combustable gas will enter your engine bay. If you use the N-tercooler or CRYO2 kits, they are intended to spray CO2. You end up with lots of CO2 in your engine bay. With stock intake probably no problem. With a single turbo and a cone filter, your going to take in CO2, also not good. I'm installing the CRYO2 system and have gone thru great pains to address this issue. Do a search, it has been debated lots.

i'd say go with a water misting system over a CO2 or NO2 spraying system. You may have short-term super low temps with either of those systems, but H20 is much more cost effective and will significantly lower temps. Look in the AI section about H20 injection into the UIM, or hopefully Rich will chime in with his expierences.
H20 injection, i believe, allows you to run more aggressive timing, if it's tuned into the system. Alot of people just use it as a helper to reduce intake temps and lower the chance of detonation.

there is really no con in spraying nos to cool ur intercooler... when its for external use only. it is more effective than water. but does cost some $ to fill up v.s. free water.
i've looked into several kits like NX and others, but just for something external IMO those kits are quite pricy unless ur using it internally as well and just have the sprayer for purge.
I still have a direct port nos kit from my old car sittin in the garage that i'm planning to use this with the purge solenoid just for the IC. so i end up buying this guy's kit. he builds them by order depending on ur IC core size.

its not bad for $80. complete to mount and manually spray. oh, btw.. i'm using this on a front mount. I haven't seen anyone use it for other IC setups.
