Installed AST!!!

No you don't get pics, cause I aint gotta a camera, but I'm super busy getting my move home ready..... what is the most effect way to burp the cooling system? I can't seem to get the air out, without loosing assloads of coolant.... thxn

If you just installed an AST, top off the coolant and drive it - then repeat as needed. Eventually the AST will remove all of the air. You can fill up the overflow tank to quicken the process.

Easiest/ quickest way is that filler neck funnel attachment tool. Then if you don't have that the TB coolant line is the next easiest way.

Slightly jack up the front drivers side, and remove the throttle body coolant line. Slowly fill the ast, while watching for coolant coming out of the TB line. Cap the ast, and slowly fill the filler neck. Cap the filler neck, and replace the TB line.

This should get rid of almost all of the air in the system. Drive it, let it cool, and fill ast & filler neck. Do this a couple of times, and you are good to go.
