I love my car!
I enjoy reading post about people that are just in love with the 7's. I was driving my car the other night and I was just amazed over how my car was driving. I have replaced almost everything in the car over the years of **** breaking so right now its as relaible as it can ever be. My car is my daily driver so I've spent so much time with it. I love the fact that so many people give me props on the car. Whenever i am stressed out or bored, I drive my car on the highways to get my mind of things. I also love that it gives me a rush whenever I drive it. It makes everything worth it. Its amazing. Talking about her makes me want to take her out now.

you know, i feel the same way. My 7 has been in my garage for a couple of weeks now because I've been doing stuff to it, and been lazy to finish it. And the more time passes the more I start to think about is it worth all the effort, should I still be driving my mrs?... but I know once I get it back on the road and drive it..... I'll think.... ohhh yeah... now I remember

Just a hint of crazy.
7 love is the greatest love of all. Seriously, today through the canyons in a stock FD with a funky 2nd synchro and tired suspension it still made me all warm and tingly.

I've never driven my 3rd gen, I bought it broken 2 years ago.
Don't ask, I'm a man of many projects.
This thread does however inspire me to mend my 7's broken heart.

Nice 7 man I'm also in love with my car, although some days I would like to kill her I do the same than you; when I feel stressed or bored, I always ride her and for that time it makes me feel right and I'm able to get rid of bad thoughts and problems.
the real bad point is that I have no other friend with an FD. In fact here, in Barcelona, I have never seen any other one

My FD is my escape as well. Everytime i get in it i feel free in a way. It was kinda the same with my s13 but my FD has a much greater effect on me

Isn't it great?
I mean first owning the car was a little aggravating with all the **** breaking coolant lines exploding and vacuum lines cracking....but now that I've replaced all that crap I love it. For probably 4 months now I've been able to mash the pedal with no guilt what so ever and drive 200+ miles without worrying about breaking down.
This car really shines once you put your work into, in the end its all worth it.
