how to tell if your engine is stock or not

I bought my fd with around 150k on it the compression when I bought it was good it always starts up quickly hot cold don't matter, the car was bone stock when I bought it. The history is it was sold in Hawaii then shiped to los altos Cali, frome what I see one owner and has been in and out of shop for emissions 15 times then sold at auction to the dealer I bought it frome. I have noticed plenty of goop under motor mount bolts and the eye hook near the passenger side firewall is bent toward the front of the motor slightly. is this a sign of a rebuild is there any other way to tell, It runs to good (knock on wood) to have so many miles on it.

Do a compression Test and go from there.... if you say its running good.. and all.. get a compression test and find out how healthy the motor is!!! and all that stuff u mentioned about bein bent here and there dont mean anything could jst be sloppy work!!...

did one when I bought it it was good the eye hook is there to attach a chain to a cherry picker to pull the motor out the only way it could bend is from the engine hanging frome it like pulling the motor.
