how to penetrate firewall...

i can't get through the damn firewall for my boost gauge line anyone want to show me visuals of where i can get through??

most guys run the vacuum hose and wires through the driver side fender. Run your hose behind the brake booster and through the large hole in the driver's fender near the firewall (behind the cruise control if you have it). Undo the rear of the plastic fender liner and just above the oil coller outlet you'll find a blank plug in the firewall that leads into the passenger compartment behind the top of the fuse box.

We did basically what he said but we had to drill a little, I dont have a dig so pics would take ma a while to get.

Just run the tubing/wiring through the steering column boot.

I drilled a small hole just below the master cylinder although that requires a drill

This is what I did...Used a dremel and cut a 1" diameter hole and it's enough for all my gauges and whatever else to go thoughr...it comes out right below the master cylinder...
