Unhappy Hot start problems

I have recently developed some starting issues with my 94'. The car starts great when cold, but when shut down at normal operating temp. it is almost impossible to start. The engine is stock, besides reliability mods.
Just thought see if anyone had similiar problems before digging in. Any info is greatly appreciated. Also, I don't appear to be getting any codes. Thanks.

Unless there is a temperature-related problem, I would get the engine checked out for bad coolant seals. Take it to a rotary shop, but if that's entirely unavailable then take it to a shop that can do a combustion gas test of the coolant.

How many miles are on this engine? Does it smoke white a lot when you start it? Is it eating coolant?

No coolant loss at all. No oil in coolant or coolant in oil. The car has 88,000 miles but the engine has obviously been rebuilt. I don't know how many miles on the rebuild. Not alot of smoke on startup.
I live in Reno, Nevada and don't know of anyone local who specializes in rotary motors, and especially 3rd gen RX7s.
