Get a big screwdriver and use it as a lever to slowly nudge it off. Likewise, a set of pliers could do the job as well. Also, read the comment above by quicksilver.
cool thanks guys, ya I was gonna cut it off with a razor and just replace it...I was just worried that I wouldnt be able to get the new one on. Thanks for all the help!!
IME new hoses are much more flexible. That particular hose is pretty tight, but if you put a little PB blaster on the surfaces it shouldn't be too hard.
