1994 TT, The rear end was shot we had the car towed on a flatbed to have it changed. Before towing the car started up and ran beautifully. After changing the rear end, reassembled the car and tried to start, the car sounded like it was going to start but didnt. The battery is strong it was low on gas added 2 gallons still wont start. Is there a fuel cutoff switch? Can anyone give me some ideas? Thanks in advance

 

Sounds more like its flooded instead of being out of gas......use the search function for the fix.....it's on several sites...

Your engine might be flooded!
try holding in the gas while cranking it and see if it starts!

 

if its flooded check youre spark plugs they might have been fouled ,(they like screwing up )
