gonna be doing a rebuild

First off let me say that i did do a search but it wasnt much help. I am going to be rebuilding my engine in a couple of weeks and had a few questions.
I am thinking that while im looking at my engine ripped apart, cursing at my self for not paying someone else to do it that I should do all internals then. So here are my questions, first I know that they make light weight rotors and was wondering if they make a difference or if they are just for extreme race motors? If its a good idea to do where can i buy them at. Next where can I buy rotor housings? Also is there anything that is a must do (like cryogenic or other coatings) might not know about because ive never done this and want to get this right.
Any input is helpful and appreciated. I will let everyone know how it is going along the way. Thanks josh

stick with stock settings, if you want more power, go with a bigger turbo/more boost/better fuel system/very good tuning

oh yeah, buy the rotaryaviation.com videos. if this is your first engine, it will be an invaluble resource for you and im willing to bet dollars to doughnuts that you will thank god you had it! it makes it so much more clear on how to do things. i mean if people can get by with photo how to's, imagine how much easier a video showing each and every bolt on the car!

Where does the video start? With the engine out of the car? Or does it detail the whole removal process?

Right, get both videos - it's the best $50 you'll ever spend on your 'RX-7 Garage'.
