Found oil leak but what are these 2 lines on breathr filter attach to oil filler neck

Sorry, can't upload pics till I get to work. I fbeleive I ound the cause of my oil leak. I went to three different shops including the one that did the whole engine and turbo install but none of them found it. I was told I needed an oil catch tank, new o-rings and a new oil pan (Grrr $$$). Everyone guessed but no one looked. I even got charged by one shop to look but not diagnose. So the cause unless it hapens again, (but no oil found under the car this morning) is the little tank under the throttle body. The little sueezy clamp was not holding it. This is the exact areas of where the oil mess is on the drivers side. I have to look it up in the manual but I beleive it's some sort of oil catch tank.

Anyhow, I have a hose from the bottom nipple on the filler neck going to a small breather filter. There is a brass "T" just before it and then a plastic "T" off of that hose. I tried to trace those two but just pulled them out and have no idea what the purpose for them are. If it's a vaccum line then why is it split to a "T"?

That's the purge tank which holds fuel, not oil. Sorry to rain on your parade.

The 93-94 cars have two lines running from the oil filler neck -- one to the PCV valve to the UIM, and one to the primary turbo intake. (95s don't have PCVs). I don't know why there would be a y-connection on either of those lines.

Well then I have no idea why I didn't leak last night. : dunno: The top line from the filler neck is going to the extension manifold vacuum nipple but the 2nd lower. The bottom line from the filler neck goes to a breather filter and no connections to the intake pipe. I have no idea why there is a "T" on that line.

So if 95+ don't have PCV then is their filler neck different?

No, the second input is plugged with a cap from the factory.
