Finished my vac hose job.. but i have a weird problem

Car idle weird.. stays around 1-1.5k rpm (idle like vac leak or something) back to 1k and back up to 1.5k rpm..
but if i turn the light on rpm stays at 1.5k rpm...

any idea?? my guess is i may put worng sensor in worng place... Vac is perfect.. its just idel..
last night when i test drove the car boostis perfect as well.. no over boost or boost leak..
belts are not tight enough???

I've been doing my vac lines but I broke a solenoid by mistake but I haven't finished yet 'cuse I have finals next week so I have to let it sit a little while longer.
