Few questions- gaskets, vacuum hoses, wastge gate

Ok well I'm going to be replacing all the vacuum lines, intake gaskets, porting the wastegate and going nonsequential and removing the double throttle, emmisions and everything else I don't need.

Where is a good and cheap place to get the vacuum lines and about how much will I need? Remember I'm going non sequential.
Where do I get the intake gaskets? I tried the parts stores but no luck. Also I noticed when removing the IC pipe that goes into the throttle body There is a rubber o ring/gasket, I assuming this should also be replace but what is it called? or will the dealer know what I'm talking about?
I'm thinking about porting the wastegate but if I'm doing that I want to have a larger flapper made and installed so where do you guys send your turbos for that sorta thing? Is it possible to just install an external wastegate and would it be any easier?
Well I think thats it for now.
Thanks

Hoses: http://www.hosetechniques.com

External wastegate: More trouble than porting, by far.

Intake arm o-ring: Doesn't need to be replaced unless it's in bad shape.

Any metal to metal gaskets: Dealer.
