A few issues to be soved

I have some weird stuff happening to my FD that I want to have solved asap.

-Frist of all, The car is now at my family as I'm still selling my former project car. And I'm dealing with insurance to get it legal on the road. untill then It is staying there and I drive it like once every 2 weeks. Not ideal but no other options available for now.

So I took it for a drive 2 times now and I just drive to friend when I'm at it. it's about 3 miles away from the storing place so I don't push the car. I just have it warmed up easily, take it once or twice to about 6000rpm in 3rd gear and I'm there. When I let the engine turn for cooling down, ther is some smoke coming from unther the intake hoses at the height of the turbo manifold (Y-piece). It does that for about 3 minutes and then it slowly fades away. When I drive back (eninge still pretty warm) and drive a little tour (10miles) and have it run to cool down, nothing happens. No smoke, no nothing.

Is it possible this is due to condense from standing in the garage?

Other issue: Today I tried to open the electric sunroof. So I press the button "Open", it flaps up at the rear end. Perfect.

I press the button again on the front side (to have it slide back but I only hear a electric motor kinda noise but nothing happens. Is it broken? can I check it? what can I do?

thanks in advance,

Neal

You have a coolant leak. Your turbo coolant hose in the general area of the Y-pipe. Are you getting coolant loss?

the coolant was a little low so I added some. I didn't have the chance yet to check if it's going down again.
If there's a leak it should be in the upper area above the turbo housing because below the intake hoses there is no sign of fumes.

I just think it's strange that the fumes are there when i do a short drive. when i run it longer it gives no sign at all of any fumes.

strange...
