Is this FD worth it? (Second gen owner here)

I have an offer to buy a running 2nd gen for 6 - 7k. Compression is 6.5 up front and 7.1 rear on the mazda tester. It has an unpainted(but nice looking) body kit on it(obviously i will paint it since im not a ricer), the thing is it's an automatic, and i know the swap is much more of a pain in the *** on the 3rd gen. The only thing mechanically wrong with the car(at least as far as i know, i havent driven it yet) is that it needs a starter.

It's not going to be a daily driver so thats not too much of a worry, but I could either buy this or put about a grand into a roller TII and have a rebuilt engine and a standalone etc.(Dont ask me how) But I really do want an FD and now that i have a decent DD I cant stand but want to buy it.

I won't need any labor unless welding is needed as i can do the work myself for the swap, i'm not asking for instructions, but is a decent running 7k auto FD worth it if i want to swap?

buy it, swap it, when you're tired of it, sell it for $10K +
