Your guessing wrong.

I have a ported engine and I get 24 to 25 MPG on long trips (steady under 3000 RPM, driving normal).

I get 16-18 MPG city and thats with mixed driving (stop and go and city cruise). I rarely get less than 16.

12.8, how da *** do I know? But really, I have in the area of 350. As for a 400 rwhp FD, you should be more concerned with keeping it from blowing up. get a civic if you care that much.

Don't mind Zerobanger, he was abused as an adult.

I imagine the mileage goes down some, but not that badly. Mileage shouldn't be much worse if you drive real easy. It all depends on how much city you drive and if you're granny about it.

Since the secondary ports go online when you stand on the gas, I'd say yes, IF you stand on the gas. Since street porting doesn't open the Primary Ports much, I'd say not all that much with a street port on the highway off boost... if you change these variables, it all depends on Injector size, ECU, Tuneing etc...

I get about 200 miles per tank if I drive like normal.

As good as 260 miles per tank if I do lots of freeway driving like a grandma.
