extremely bad flooding..need help

I am in the process of completeing my single turbo conversion, and I just went to start the car, and when the fuel pump cuts on, my injectors all spray full blast. I found this out when I took of my boost tubes, and my intercooler was full. I have 1600cc secondaries and I moved the old 850's to the primary slot using and added o-ring. I just installed my power fc, and controller, and I cant get the controller to come on. I'm looking for some english instructions...If anyone thinks they know why my injectors just spray all the time, please help.....sorry about the length of the post.

thanks,
--John

well i have heard of the cleaning process , rc enginering etc.., leaving deposits sometimes and hanging the injector pintle open. that said it is probibly just improperly installed o-rings.

you are going single so fuel lines are a chinch 2 pull out just keep them connected and to the lines and pull them from the engine to see which are leaking and if it's from the pintle or the o-ring

good luck and be careful

do you have the resistors on the injector harness? 10ohm~10w on either side. I have bosch ones w/ that. strange your IC was full. what PSI is you fuel pressure reg set at?

I know it isnt the o-rings, because I pulled off the lower manifold, and turned the key on, and watched all the injectors spray full blast. Right now, the pressure gauge is reading 30psi, but It immidiatley dumps all the fuel out, so Im sure its higher. I moved the battery to the back, and had to make a ground, is it possible that my ecu isnt working. The commander didnt come on in the accesory position (I didnt try it in the ON position because of the injector thing).

It sounds electrical honestly. Like your injectors are grounded all the time.

I would go back and check the electrical details/modifications.
