ems system for an auto?

I would like to know which engine management system actually works on the auto fd?
All you auto fd owners feel free to chime in.I know theres one guy that had a 400 horsepower fd with an auto tranny on here.Thanx guys for the help.

my fd is also an auto . would like some info too. i was told we will loose the auto hold feature with aftermarket ems systems and nobody out their makes a chip for our ecu. i already called pettit and they said their chips are for manuel trans only. fd experts please help so we can get some straight answers .

I'm putting in a Apexi PFC in my auto....nothing new though, it works and you lose the hold feature...

I understand that a Peter Farrell PMC (purple) will work on an automatic. You also don't lose any features such as the hold function, at least this is what I have read.

Oh ya, check out www.levelten.com They have a manual shift option for the auto, only problem is its like a Indy car (if they still do that), button up and button down, but it is you shifting, just not with a stick.

Actually, there is a way to retain the hold function. Search the forum. Maxpesce knows how to do it.

I think from what ive read you can use a apex power fc with an auto if you run two harnesess.but who the hell wants to do all that.
So I gues the peter farrel one will have to do.Either that or Im going to have to convert the bastard.Im still unsure about it though.I like being able to shut off the hold feature when im not in the mood to drive agresivelly.
Maybe we can all just upgrade to 4.33 differential gears for that added takeoff speed.i know that ive had the auto up to 140 mphs in third gear while the hold feature was activated.
