Difference in Auto Tranny?

What are the differences in the 94 JDM Cosmo auto-tranny and the US tranny for the FD?

Can the Cosmo handle more HP, and is it a direct bolt in?

Thanks all

I know the autotranny in the FD is weak. I'm just trying to figure out if the Cosmo can handle more HP output and if its a direct swap?
