I have this kit and it doesn't come with install instructions. You install as if you where replacing the bushings stock and using the color coded zip ties will tell you where they go. The kit came with a can of lube in which you apply where the groves are. You use a anti-seize compound on the outside of the bushing before pressing them in.

I've had mine in for nearly 2 years now. They are still working. They do creek and rattle a bit in the winter (I guess because they are cold...) In the summer there isnt a whole lot of noise.
Were I redoing it, I would have put zerks in. Other than that, I dont have any negatives to report.
