Boost issues after tune : Shed some wisdom Please

I just recently put a turbo back 3in exaust, apexi power intake, and apexi Power-FC onto my car cause i finally scratched the itch. Before the tune The car ran the perfect 10-8-10 pattern as twins do. Before i got the the tune, my PFC was suposidly "base tuned" so I bolted the intake up, and pluged the PFC in and took her down the road ..... and the car felt awesome hitting 12 lbs but since it wasnt for long i didnt get to see if it hit 12-10-12..... casue as rotaries go the next day I took her out for spin again and it was only only spooling the first turbo to 6lbs. After looking high and low it turned out to be the lower intercooler hose was dry rotted and cracked. So I replaced that and got the car tuned by a local shop. I got the car back and it made 275whp and 230wtq which i thought was i little on the low side but was ok with it. But when i started to drive it, i came to realize the boost patterns where all over the place. The shop "tuned it to spike 12-13lbs". I would start in second at say 3k and pin it and it would spike 10 or 11lbs and fall to 9 and go back to 10 and hold ten. Then i would do a highway roll in 4th at like 2500 and it would spool to 13 pounds but then would drop to 9 or 10 and com back to 11lbs. Some pulls i would be at 4500 and pin it and it would only build 10 pounds and stay there and not even change for the second turbo.

I know that was a mouth full i just wanted to give a good idea of what was happening. Its just weird becasue in stock form it performed 10-8-10 across the powerband effortlessly, now theres no solid boost pattern and i would think that the twins would be efficent enough to spike 12 and hold it after the twin transition.

thoghts please

I don't think there is anything wrong with your car. That all sounds fairly normal. If you have a question, you should be asking your tuner.

I'm fairly new myself but if you free up the exhaust side then won't it allow the boost to spike. Did you port your wastegate?
