boost control stepper motor

So I got a sbc id for xmas, and I have a couple of questions for those that have one. I noticed that the sbc's stepper motor is MUCH bigger than the profec b one in the pics ive seen. This is presenting a problem as I still have the stock airbox, and not a lot of room near the wastegate to mount it. I will eventually replace the stock airbox with an intake setup, but thats probably not going to be for a while. So far, it looks like right next to the radiator fan (on the passenger side) is the only place with enough room to mount it. Its really tight tho, and I am a little worried about heat with it being that close to the radiator. If anyone has any suggestions, or better yet, pics of your mounting location (with the stock airbox of course) Id appreciate it.
