Blower Fan issues

Ok, I posted about it previously but I didnt fully understand what it was doing basically, I pulled my interior peices *cluster, ac panel, center console* for painting since I put it back together when I turn the blower fan on, nothing happens but when I hit the ac button the radiator fans turn on like they are supposed to.. just still no blower. What fuses could deal with this? I check all of them and none were blown, what other things could cause this problem?

check the rear wiper fuse underneath the dash. if blown the blower will not work and neither will the abs.
