Antera tpye 181 18x10s? Anyone have any pictures on a FD?

I realy like the clean look of them, and was hoping someone might have a picture of them on a FD. Prefere a black R-1. CJ

I actually like the look of the stock wheel, just wish it where bigger. Not to mention, i like something a little with a little direction to it. I personally think a FD would look great with 18s on it. CJ

yes, FDs do look good on 18s...but not those 18s. look at wheels made by VOLK, Blitz, Racing Hart (just for you DK ), Kinesis, HRE, Fikse, Advan, WORK, Manaray, SSR, 5Zigen, or Axis....wheels that actually look good.

They definately aren't up to par with the looks and class of the FD. Don't downgrade it please.

Well, I'm not big on the directional wheel look in the first place, but in my opinion, a good was to get that desired effect is with a lip with a directional pattern or writing. I am basically talking about the Volk F-zero seires. I particularaly like the challenge and winning models. These are just an examples.

If you like that 5 spoke look, Volk Challenges are good. There's little writing and markers inside the lip for that "directional" type feel. IMO they're a bit played out as is every wheel made by Volk, but they're still nice wheels. FYI I ended up getting Volk TE-37's because I got them in 17's w/ tire for a grand. Played out - yes... killer deal - yes. looks good - yes. So yes I'm being somewhat of a hypocrite when I say Volks are played out.

Oh yeah 5 spoke SSR GP-Theta Decoltes aren't bad either. It's a 3 piece rim.

i like those VOLK challenge ones but i am more a fan of the multi-spoked wheels like those Volk F-Zero Winning but not those personally, blitz makes good ones however be sure you have 2g+ to spend if ya want some good rims

Axis? You do know they just copy other wheels, right? They're not a real wheel manufacturer.
