About this RA seals

http://www.rotaryaviation.com/overhaul_kits.htm

this is the overhaul kit. Alright, lets say i wanted to get my motor rebuilt with these "unbreakable seals" Would i just have to buy the "basic" or "master" kit. Would this kit be all i need for a rebuild. Or do i have to buy like water seals and such too seperately?
Right now my motors got 130k on it, hasnt overheated or anything like that, runs at 180 degree F temps. I got it compression tested and the psi for both rotors was around 80-85.

Would you guys suggest this route.

Mazda Reman for 2,300

Jdm motor i found for 1,400

Would these RA seals be cheaper in the long run?

Also if i knew 2 people in my area that rebuilt their own motors and runs great, and is willing to help me, would buying this overhaul kit be the cheapest yet efficient route?

remans are the best value

some companies like gotham racing will port a reman for a few extra bucks and maintain the 12yr warranty

Apex Seals FAQ

If your seals are so good, why are they so cheap? We introduced the seals in August, 2003, with a below market price in order to become established in the market place. Having achieved that goal, there will be a price increase effective 3/1/2004.

I say go for it, not sure if the apex seals in RA's "master" re-build kit are their unbreakable ones but I'm sure if you contacted them you could sort something out. I've just ordered a set of unbreakable seals, get em while they're still cheap that's what I say. Probably going to buy their re-build kit too, depending on how healthy my engine is when I take her out of winter storage. I've owned my car for 5 months and I've driven her twice, how fookin sad is that?
