3rd set of fouled out plugs this month....
If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
Ive been able to start my car and have it run extremely well after it starts, but today i absolutely could not start it. There seems to be a leak of gasoline into the engine, possibly a leaky fuel injector or something and the engine is already flooded once i try and start it. I dragged it to a goodyear service station because i thought it was just spark plugs but they went thru 2 sets before the car came back to me. the car has been starting and running happily (vac around 17) and boosting fine, its just starting the bitch thats pissing me off.
Also, i have one other question about fuel injector flow ratings. IS there any way i can flow rate a fuel injector without sending it out, waiting a few months and getting them back. I have a few fuel injectors lying around (they were in the intake elbow, not hooked up when i got the car 2 years ago) and i want to see what size they are.

Its probably either bad injectors or low compression. If you car has low compression due to wear it will be hard to start and it will try to flood out when starting....but will still run half decent (for a while anyway)

fart on a friends head!!!
you need to do a compression check on the engine. . . get that outta the way. makes things easier to diagnose.
send your injectors off to rcengineering for some cleaning. it takes a week. . . not months. while the car is down you can do all your happy mods. . . like vacc hoses and clean up and all that nice junk. you have no emissions in florida, so why not get rid of all the junk. id bet its either the engine or the injectors. make sure you order new diffusers and insulators and all the such for your injectors before you go installing them (upon their return).
