Obviously, a 20B would be better than a 13B. The bigger number is alway better right? However, it's not a cheap conversion to install a 20B into an RX-7. The engine was never made for the car, thus requires quite a bit of customizations to complete.
Probably about the cheapest I've seen the conversion done for (i.e. having a shop do all the work) is around $20,000 USD.

The intake manifold labeled '3 ROTOR' is the stock manifold for the 20B. I believe most 20B installations use that manifold. Just count the intake runners - a 13b will use 4 runners, and a 20B will use 6.
I suggest you read the FAQ thread stickied here in this section, and alse the FAQ thread stickied in the 20B section. https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showthread.php?t=68640
Doing a 20B conversion is a substantial project, requiring time/money/experience. It involves buying/building several major components (engine, cradle, turbo, ecu), but most of the work goes into integrating them to make a streetable car. Most FD owners never seriously consider a 20B.
