Question About Options
Before I ask, I did use the search feature. I also used Google. I also used Yahoo. I couldn't find an answer to my question anywhere.
What did the base models come with each year (ie when were power windows standard if ever) and what options were available in total? CD player, leather, special sound system etc. I guess what I'm asking is equivalent to asking about the differences between a Chevy LS/LT/LTZ/Z71/1LZ/2LZ.
What are the models for each year and what did they come with? Ultimately I would like to pick up a fully loaded '03 Efini, knowing that might be a bit too specific/hard to find... but also don't know if '03 is the best year, just because it's the newest. Although, being built in 2002, I would assume a lot of the upgrade options in a '92 would have become standard. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for any info!
PS - I read these cars were going for upwards of $70,000 when new in Aus back then. Is that true?

All had power locks and windows, visible differences are the Bose sound system which most people remove, rear wiper that most people remove, sunroof that removes some interior height. Other than that there are differences in aesthetics like a wing or the front splitter. 99+ have a different front end and tail lights and shocks which varied between the regular and the R1 and R2 with the later 2 having a stiffer ride.
In the states we only got 3 years but there were some engine upgrades with the newer ones but I don't know what they were.

Okay, thanks guys. I just called PPRE tonight and talked someone there. He said he could help me out with everything I needed. Looking to swap a 20b or quad into an FD and just wanted to see what options there were for models. I want to avoid a base model with manual windows and fabric interior etc if possible. I will check that post out as soon as I can
