This MS A-spec bumper still pops up on yahoo japan once a while, they are still around. But ya, the lens cover are hard to find.

I like the fog lights on the A-spec bumper, not sure about the lip but the combination of the lights in the front bumper combined with the pop-ups looks very Toyota 2000gt

They won't. The bumper is too low demand and way too complicated. I spoke to them about 5-10 years ago about just doing the light covers, even those were a no-go.
