Using 2 cycle oil in gas?
Looking in the past post from a few years back, there has been a lot of discussion about whether to use premix with the gas. Since I am a new rotary owner on a '87 with 27000 miles on it, I am wondering is this still the way most of you are running in your gas? I dont think i will remove the OMP but wondering if I should add the premix. This car will only be used on occasion as a street car.
Thanks

Premix ratios should be "about" 1 OUNCE of 2 Stroke to ONE GALLON Of Fuel. That is IF your OMP is deleted...One BIG Bottle(16 oz) of 2 stroke to a FULL tank.
If it is NOT then you can cut that significantly to say a half or 1 1/4 of an Ounce to one gallon of fuel. That works to roughly 4 ounces or a Cup(8 ounces) to a FULL TANK.
This measure only being as a Security for anyone too scared to rely on the stock parts to supply oil internally to the engine...especially on an S5 Omp as it will work OR it just doesn't allow you to operate the Engine properly. The car goes into Limp mode and it runs like ****.

One gram of weed per 10 ounces of Bong Water.
