Tii trans rebuild 5th gear thrust spec

I have an 88 tii trans with the non-syncronized reverse gear im finishing. Using the manuals online and the initial 5th gear thrust measurement between the 'C' washers and the 5th gear thrust washer was greater than .030 on a limit of .008 The installed washer was found at .256 and the 'C' washers were 0.117-0.118. I measured that the thickness of the inner race of the bearing rear of 5th gear and that won'ttake up anough of this excess thrust play.

Does anybody have any insight or tips of what may be out of adjustment or will i really need a thrust washer larger than what the manual says is available?

I have a video of the play I have which may explain a bit more what I'm struggling with.
