Tein Coilover Camber Adjustment

Tein Coilover Camber Adjustment
I was wondering how to go about it for the front of my FC? Car on the ground or off? And it is just the bolts on top of the coilover? I did some searching on google; but since the FC is different, then say a 240, I was wondering if there's anything special I need to do. A write up would be great.
I only plan to add 1 degree of negative camber, will need a full alignment afterwards? Thanks.

You would need to have the wheels off the ground since it would be difficult to adjust the strut with all the weight of the car sitting on it. Changing camber will change your toe so keep that in mind.
To do a proper alignment you would have to check your toe afterward.
I have found this guy is very accurate and informative its a 3 series video:

And you should be set if you feel like taking on the work.
