Thumbs up Marvel Mystery Oil- Can't say enough!

Total and complete absence of any and all mid range and low rpm vibrations.

I can barely tell if my car is even running anymore. I added 6 ounces of it to a full tank and now it accelerates so smoothly that I can no longer track engine speed with sense of touch, nor sound. It accelerates quicker too. Ever seen an automatic RX-7 drift?

Totally wants to suck up the road on every occasion possible.

I HIGHLY recommend this product, but I guess you guys already knew that.

If you really want it, shipment can be arranged, but it will cost you. Not that I'd charge you extra money or anything, but I would have to imagine that shipping a hazardous material across international borders isn't cheap.

But if you did a lot of it in a single shot, it would probably cost you less.

The stuff is cheaper than oil here, Ive always used it in my piston cars, but is it good to go in the oil w/ rotaries? I see you put it in your gas, I will try it out.

I want to get a rotary community consensus on putting it tin the oil before trying that stunt, but if it is safe and effective enough to be burned in the combustion chamber, then I cannot imagine that it would have adverse effects with the oil injection system. but i wonder if there aren't some seals or something that it shouldn't be exposed to.

been using it every oil change. 1 qt on top of 4.5-5qt of valvoline 20w-50 racing formula and 1/2 qt in to full tank of gas. no complaints from me.

i can't imagine it being harmful to oil injectors or seals, since it directs you to put some in crankcase and fuel tank. I've seen a "locked-up" or so we thought motor start up with some marvel at a junk yard, ever since, i've been an user.

I have a friend that uses it on his 510 (13bt) and he says its great. The first month after he did the swap the engine was kind of rough, and after he ran it in the gas it was a major improvement. Ill probably try it on my turbo II after i put in my new injectors.

i want to know the long term effects. Whats the longest its been used in a rotary?

I was talking to my dad about this, hes an old arcraft pilot and says the stuff is one of the original scam oils, but after looking around on the net, it looks like the stuff is for real. apparently, it has a detergent property that was used to prevent the fouling of engine when led was used back in the day.

It sounds like it would be good to use every now and then, but not all the time.

I have never heard of any additive that wasn't accused of being a scam oil, but I have seen many that have genuinely good effects. I think MMO is one of the good ones.

I figured it would have no bad effects to throw it in the oil, so I did it just today and I have noticed a slight increase in acceleration. Nothing as incredible as when I put it in my gas tank, but very good.

No negative long term effects when following directions.
MMO is a mixture of oil and petroleum distillates.

When mixed with gas, it will keep your injectors clean, helps reduce engine carbon, and acts like a premix lube.
When mixed with oil, it will keep engine internals and lubrication system clean.

Original MMO injection sometimes found at junkyards, yard sales, and ebay:

wait wait wait

so i put this stuff in my gas tank, and it helps power and acts as premix.

and then i top off my oil with it and it helps that out, too?

Can you put it the 'normal' amount if you're premixing it, or do you have to put a half a quart?

Seems like putting it in your oil would change the viscosity?
Being much more gas like then oil like?
I Need more info before I put it in my oil?
I could more see a premix in the gas tank.

i don't have the bottle in hand, but i believe there are definite benefits of adding a qt on top of your normal oil at every oil change. i've had no problems with it. i was told about the marvel by a friend who owned 85 gsl-se, which eventually got me to get the anniv. ed.

I added the stuff to my gas and could tell the difference pretty quick. It idles perfectly at 750 rpm at stoplights (before the rpms would go from 500 then jump up to 800 then back down to 500, etc), and it runs smoothly through the rpms now. Good stuff.
