At least a lot of rotary people are into engines. Just make a small batch and see how it goes. My next fc part will just be for myself and close friends. It's not worth the time to sell to normal street drivers imo. Not worth it to buy it if your a street driver.

I think it's more of a cost thing. FC people don't have a much as fd people. I made a part for fcs, roll center correction, most people don't want to spend the money in it, even though you spent a good amount of time, design, knowledge into it. I hate to say it, but it's a dieing market. Over everything I just said, you need to be a 13bt owner with stand or ability to switch to a potentiometer, throttle elbow, cable, modified intake tube, ect ect. I would love a 13b rew uim, efr turbo for that added response, but owning a financial crisis just makes you want a financial disaster when you can afford it. Most budget guys are going to want that journal bearing high hp dyno queen over a better handling car with awesome response.

Guys can PM you and discuss Details.
It may be a little tedious But honestly if you are only making a small quantity it will offset the costs of a vendor account..although a Vendor account gets you your own Section and you can advertise within the Forum rather freely.
(I may be a MOD but I am also a Member and Cheap *** FC owner..haha!)

Please answer the following Questions;
1) Are you using offset bolts similar to those Risign RPM used?
You discussed it and said it would be similar. The end goal for most people is to NOT have to modify the UIM to match the bolt pattern. (I know it is grinding a little bit and ovalling the whole but alot of people are opposed to this)
2) Are the runners going to be port matched to the S5 Lower Intake manifold and the S6- FD upper intake manifold? they have a slight taper.
3) Are you planning to offer it in a finish or just bare metal?
I would suggest bare metal to keep costs down, if people want to annodize them, or paint them... have at it... but lets be honest the UIM is Cast AL, and so is the LIM... leave it bare metal.
If the answer to all three of the above I am definitely in I would pay as much as say 200 US (more than this I can manufacture them myself for a days labour about the same equivalent to $200 US)
I can live without port matching and simply match them myself, once again if the price is right.

The adapter will come with adapter bolts for both s4 and s5 uims
they will port matched and taperd
They will be hard anodized in clear or black to help protect the aluminum. The cost is difference negligible in large orders. I paid for 15 to be made.
Price point should be coming in a at a little lower than what your thinking.
As of right now we are looking at a 2-3 week ETA. This is a SOFT ETA as I am not sure how long anodize will take
Anyone 75% sure they want one please feel free to offer you opinion on colors. The whole batch will be one color. I was thinking clear or black would be the easiest.
