anyone using Supertech 2 stroke oil to premix?

I couldnt find much info on the net about this oil or anything, just curious if anyone is using this stuff? I tend to opp for castrol but just curious since a gallon of it is supposedly cheap.

I'm using it, I read somewhere that as long as the oil is rated TWC-3 you are fine. All the 2 stroke oil composition is a majority the same.

Don't take only my word for it though, let some other people chime in.

I have heard that the Supertech is one of the better premixes out there, I plan on switching to either that or Castrol once I run out of my gallon of Quicksilver premium marine.
Also Hypertek I love you signature. The MP4-25 is looking good

I use the Walmart TCW-3 two stroke oil for premix.
Haven't had any problems.

It's cheap, and there's a walmart like 5 minutes from me and the gas station I usually use is down the street from walmart, so why not?

Walmart 2stroke = Supertech, lol.

just picked up a gallon.. havent ran it yet because i still got half a bottle of other stuff.
But it looks good, and its blue/similar to the castrol stuff in terms of visual. Kinda sick of dropping 4-5 bucks a bottle on castrol.

I ran it for 2 1/2 years in my 1st FC and 1 year in my SA before I put a Sterling Nikki on and just let the Royal Purple 20-50 do all the work. 9 bucks a gallon so you can't go wrong. I put about 16 oz per tank.

This thread is from 2010.

But I too use Walmart / whatever brand of TCW3 is around. Never had an issue.

IIRC All Supertech is Warren.

Same as quaker state and a bunch of other house brand oils. You'll be fine. Only a few manufactures for oil in the US that offer private label services.
