12v mod problem s4 turbo

So I did the 12v mod to the fuel pump and now I have a flooding problem. Any ideas that can help?

Sure. What are you using for tuning, and have you compensated for this in the map? At idle and low load the factory system switches in a resistor to drop voltage (speed) at the pump.

I would suggest a fuel cut switch. A lot of people frown on this, but it is a simple and cheap to not have to do a de-flood. If you find a good fix please post it as I would be interested in it. I do have an adaptronic ECU now so I don't have to worry about flooding issues anymore due to software that will cut the fuel as well if needed.

I would suggest that a fuel cut switch is merely a bandaid, the real trick here is to prevent the flooding in the first place, not just make the aftermath easier to deal with.
