I hope others see this and read my thread on this kit.......and wait for the other kits to come out or make their own. Funny thing is rotary works was trying to say I did it wrong when I installed my kit. Still doesn't make up for things not fitting worth a damn.

Well when I had the lower radiator outlet relocated I had the upper one rotated. So I actually ended up useing one of the flexible radiator hoses. here is how mine ended up looking. Mind you this was also before they released pics of how it was "made to fit".

Trying to fix all the holes on every bracket was a learning experience. I did a far from perfect job, but it works. The oil cooler brackets might not even be usable. Who ever made this kit didn't make a jig or use a caliper. :/
I found out that I have to grind the sheet metal off where it used to pertrude to bolt the oem radiator. That's for another day.
Also, only one tube (intercooler to turbo) might work. I don't even have the right coupler. And the huge bag of bolts is shy two small bolts. Millions of other not-needed bolts and washers and nuts.
I am not happy with this kit. I'm going to call them Monday and at least see if they will send me the proper tubing. And give me the right water pump pulley since they never returned my call on Friday.

While this kit is a disaster, I don't know how to weld. If I did, I would have probably made my own v-mount.

I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping mine bolts up easier than the rest. If not, I have a fair amount of fabricating skills and have done plenty of brackets on my FD, so I think i'll be ok.

What the ****. I thought the radiator could be the one part to bolt up. Guess I'm wrong. Seriously, did they even test fit this kit?!
I just ordered an oil cooler from them. If the oil cooler doesn't fit... I might just say **** it and try to hire a fabricator to make all new brackets. The bracket that is supposed to hold the oil cooler is bent to clear the bumper (stress) and is only welded on one side. To top it off, because they welded the support bar crooked, the oil cooler mounts are not even. It may even hit the hood latch support. Ugh. This is getting me upset.
Here's the top radiator/intercooler brackets.

welp, that settles it for me. this looked like a legit kit, but if nothing has been made right, there no point of dropping over a G just to have to drop more $ to fab **** to fit.
i guess just shelling out 1500-2500 to fab my own vmic will be the only way to go................
this is just pathetic

If I didn't already have my IC and rad, I would have bought units w/ the proper orientation on the outlets (eliminating the need to cut and weld them) and I could have almost done my v-mount myself. There was really only one mount that HAD to be welded.
For any who might be interested...

So I just ordered a greddy compression tube in hopes that it is a tad shorter in length than the damn rotaryworks one. I really don't want to use a 45* coupler.
I'll grab a few other items, save, and wait until after the holidays to hire someone to fix this damn kit the right way.

I cant weld aluminium either, but i fabricated every part for my v-mount and held it together with tape.
Then i went to a guy that can weld and he fixed everything for me.

Sorry to hear it is such crap dude!
Another option might be the Neukin V-mount. The kit comes with everything needed to install it and even comes with duel electric fans w/ wiring harness and the hood vent. Looks well built, and a member of this forum is sponsored by them. (And its a great price)
http://www.neukin.com/PhotoGallery.a...e=neukinmFCvmk
Here is the info from their site:
Custom Neukin Intercooler (Garrett bar/plate core), Double pass massive Neukin radiator, dual electric fans (terminals and wire included) Brackets and frame work needed to install. Intercooler pipes, couplers, and stainless t bolt clamps. Radiator hoses and clamps, inline coolant fill pipe with cap, Louver for hood, Sparco hood pins and latch and hardware for install. Some cutting needed to the upper radiator support, rectangle cut in hood and a few holes drilled. Best to use stock hood and cut our measured hood opening. Louver system drops right in and can be riveted with just two small rivets. The tight fitment allows easy install.

Dent Sport in mass was recommended to me from a few peeps on here. Dropping off the car to them next saturday to have them make all new brackets from scratch that fit, piping, ducting... etc. It's getting done the right way.

Thats the only other kit i've seen (neukin). But it has some lack of information and pictures to it as the rotary works did. Like what the **** does "Brackets and frame work needed to install." mean?!?! It was a toss up between the two when i was shopping for my "**** it. vmount or nothing." Both kits was a gamble.
Either way, some one else if going to finish it the right way for me. I'll keep you guys posted with pictures as soon as possible.

Yea you do have a point, but at least the Neukin has SOME pictures of it installed lol. Keep up the good work dude, it might be a hassle at the moment but end the end it'll be a sweet setup.
