Post pics of your engine bay

Yours look pretty clean compared to some of the other ones I've seen. It just needs a little touch up. That cooling panel look sick. I want to get one too eventually. When I first got mine it was pretty dirty. The previous owner didn't take good care of it. It came a long way to look like the way it is today. Too bad it's NA. Since I don't have the funds to make power yet, I'm just focusing on making it clean and reliable.

I didn't know you could pressure wash an engine bay, nor have I heard of steam cleaning one. Did you do that yourself or take it somewhere to get done?

Thank you. I cleaned it up quite a bit from the previous owner, but I didn't go too in-depth. If you get a cooling panel be sure to get one that has a vent for the intake tube.

Current situation. Deloomed. Only wired left are power wire to insulated power stud for remote start and from the oil level and pressure senders. Next is painting motor and finish the ecu wire up. Tidy up the brake lines from abs delete then piece it all back together.

The Gilmer kit was out of necessity at the time somehow managed to shear off two of the main crank pulley bolts and warped the pulley. Now I need a replacement matched pair stock pulley and hub to do timing for the microtech. Fml.

What's the purpose/benefit of the ffe trigger setup over factory cas? I had never seen it before.

I had the car chemically stripped down to the bare metal before having it resprayed. The worst rust spots were cut out and replace/patched then the whole thing was primed and painted. I spent WAY too much on the body work for this car. Hopefully it'll be a long time before any new rust appears. I hate to think how much I'd have spent if I went with a "show quality" paint. It just goes to show how expensive proper body work is.
